​Hi, I’m Libby—a New Orleans native, veteran, and construction enthusiast. My journey spans 20+ years in the industry with experience at top firms like Turner, Messer, and Triversity, where I built expertise in project engineering, document control, and safety.

In 2016, I pivoted to cost estimating, gaining deep insight into lifecycle costs and contracting guidelines. This path eventually led me to Power BI, where I began creating dashboards to track budgets, contractors, and procurement.
After managing a complex $242K Division 10 contract at Liberty Township Children’s Hospital—where delays, miscommunication, and product mismatches caused major setbacks—I knew there had to be a better way. That experience sparked the creation of 10D-Outfitters.
